These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using Aikata (the "Service") provided by Kohei Katada (the "Operator"). Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms. The Service is provided as part of SokutoAI services. The SokutoAI Terms of Service also apply.

This Service is an AI chatbot service. All characters are AI (artificial intelligence) and are not real people. The Service is an entertainment service that allows you to chat with AI characters through the app or LINE. - Conversations with AI characters set as partner, friend, senior, junior, family, or mentor - AI memory and learning features for user information - Choice of 36 characters This Service is intended for users aged 18 and above.

- All characters in this Service are AI (artificial intelligence) - AI characters are not real people - AI responses may not always be accurate and may contain incorrect information - Relationships with AI characters are purely entertainment - Character settings and personalities may be changed without notice

Users shall not engage in the following: [General Prohibited Actions] - Actions that violate laws or public order - Actions related to criminal activity - Actions that interfere with Service operation - Unauthorized access or attempts thereof - Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Operator [Service-Specific Prohibited Actions] - Actions that make AI characters appear to be real people - Recording or publishing conversations with AI characters (except for personal use) - Attempting to generate harmful content by misusing AI - Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently use the Service - Attempting to bypass AI restrictions (jailbreaking, etc.) - Sending sexual content - Requesting to meet AI characters in person - Using the Service for dating purposes

This Service offers the following paid services. [Subscriptions] - We offer Premium, VIP, and Deep Bond paid plans - Prices can be viewed in the app or on App Store / Google Play - Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period - You will be automatically charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date [Coin Purchases] - You can purchase coins for unlocking characters and other features - Purchased coins are non-refundable - Coins do not expire [Cancellation and Refunds] - Subscription cancellation can be done through App Store / Google Play settings - Refunds are subject to Apple / Google policies - After cancellation, you can continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period [Price Changes] - The Operator may change prices with prior notice

The Operator may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service in the following cases: - System maintenance or inspection - Force majeure such as natural disasters - Failures in external services (App Store, Google Play, LINE API, etc.) - Other cases deemed necessary by the Operator

The Operator may suspend a user's access to the Service without prior notice if the user violates these Terms or in the following cases: - Engaging in prohibited actions under these Terms - Repeatedly making inappropriate statements to AI - Interfering with normal Service operation

- The Operator makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service - The Operator is not responsible for statements made by AI characters - The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service - This Service is not psychological counseling or medical service. Please consult appropriate professionals if professional support is needed

- Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders - Unauthorized use of character designs, settings, and names is prohibited - Copyright of conversations between users and AI belongs to users, but may be used in anonymized form for service improvement

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court as the court of first instance.

The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. Changed Terms shall take effect when posted on this page.
